Fortis Vision is a nationwide full-service refurbishment and development contractor.

Founded in 2018 and based in County Durham, Essex, Bristol and Bedfordshire, their broad sector experience and diverse team offer support for every aspect of a project from concept to delivery.

Progressing through RIBA stages 2-4 for clients, before moving onto stage 5 during the construction phase of works, each project and building is reviewed on its own merit to make sure each discipline is designed and approved before construction.

Working closely with clients, Fortis Vision ensure that every project is undertaken to the highest quality, with building safety and compliance and the forefront of everything that they do, aligning with the BSF Champion Status assessment process.

Our journey so far

Fortis Vision has found the BSF Champion Status to be detailed and rigorous, the support from the BSF team has been extremely beneficial, allowing us to look inward at our policies and procedures, putting them under stringent third party scrutiny in order to learn, adapt and gain full external validation.

At Fortis Vision we will always seek ways to continuously improve and drive forward Building Safety not only within the company but for the industry as a whole and the BSF Champion Status allows us to do just that, to ensure continuous improvement and reflect on what we do, in order to truly play a part in leading the way in driving a building safety culture change within our industry.

We will use the BSF assessment to further reflect, adapt and train and ensure that the feedback is undertaken and actioned and ensure that building safety will remain a key priority for Fortis Vision and all of our stakeholders.
