As a not-for-profit organisation sign-up to become a registered signatory incurs a nominal fee. This is to cover administration costs needed to manage and develop the Charter and resources, including the Learning and Excellence Hub, and to communicate the commitment which those signed-up to the Charter have made.
The fees to become a Registered Signatory are based on your organisations annual turnover in the last financial year as follows:
Annual Turnover | Fee |
£0 – £5 million | £105 |
£5m – £50 million | £263 |
£50m – £100 million | £473 |
Over £100 million | £788 |
We have been mindful to ensure that our pricing structure is broadly in line with other established verification and audit systems that the
industry is used to and which are similarly detailed, robust and complex.
The robust assessment process makes up the bulk of the costs, so the bigger your organisation and the greater the number and
complexity of your business activities, the higher the overall price as this will require a higher number of assessor days. Conversely, if you are a small company specialising in one principle activity or type of project then you can expect to pay less.
Size | Turnover | Annual Fee Payable at point of registration and on first anniversary of registration | Assessment Fee (50% payable on commencement and 50% on delivery of final report and recommendation of status) |
Small | £0-5m | £1,500 | £7,500 |
Medium | £5m-£50m | £2,500 | £10,000 |
Large | £50m-£100m | £3,500 | £15,000 |
Very Large | Over £100m | £4,500 | £25,000 |
