Multiplex awarded Building a Safer Future’s Leadership & Culture Certificate

Building a Safer Future has awarded its Stage One Certificate of Building Safety Commitment and Progress to Multiplex. This reflects the company’s successful completion of the first module of BSF’s Leadership & Culture assessment.

Multiplex’s employees’ perceptions, opinions, and lived experiences regarding building safety were determined during the first assessment stage. The company now proceeds to Stage Two of the Champion assessment which examines how the business puts building safety procedures and policies into practice.

Callum Tuckett, Managing Director at Multiplex UK, said:

“As a technically focused business, we are unwavering in our commitment to building safety. Multiplex has been a proud BSF registered signatory for several years and are furthering that commitment by pursuing Champion status. We have assessed our progress, identified areas for improvement and ensured our internal procedures adhere to the highest safety standards. It is a continuous journey, and we are dedicated to consistently improving.”

Amit Oberoi, Group Chief Executive Officer for BSF owner Considerate Constructors Scheme, commented:

“As the independent champion for change in construction, we are committed to driving improvements in building safety standards. Multiplex’s achievement reflects their strong leadership, dedication to fostering a culture of safety and proactive approach to improvement. Their efforts set an inspiring benchmark for building safety and reinforce the shared priority of safeguarding those who live in, work in and otherwise use their buildings”.
